I am writing to let you know how please I am with Noune’s customer service. I have a property in the CBD, and about 2 years ago I left for Hobart due to work.

During initial sourcing of an agent, she wins out amongst all other real estate agents. She showed understanding of what an owner wants, gave honest advices, and was the only agent who made it on time to the appointment…

I know I would rather pay more to have someone who really cares about my property than to give it to someone who doesn’t care. Over the past 2 years, she has found high quality tenants for me… I made a visit to Melbourne and inspected the apartment, to my surprise it is still in the same excellent condition as when I left.

Each time when a tenant moves out, she does the inventory checking, inspection, and arrange cleaning - everything done without me asking, and when it’s done she notifies me ‘It’s done!’. What better can an owner expect from a real estate agent!

She has been a good agent for the tenants too. She has made recommendations to additional furnitures and electronics to make the accommodation more comfortable. I was very please with her serious attitude in sourcing the best (in value and quality) - she once sourced a dining table set and for that she made visits to a few furniture stores, gave me options and asked me if it was ok before she made the final purchase for me…

Every time I call her, she always answers the phone; or returns my call. She is easily reachable and on time, which gives me the peace of mind. Moreover, she remembers me by heart (and I am sure she remembers all her customers on top of her head) - my apartment address, the current tenants etc, and she is really looking after my apartment for me. I have in the past met many other real estate agent, none of which can provide this grade of quality customer service…

Recently I have looked at a few rental properties in the CBD and dealt with different agencies. I have been astonished at how some agencies treat potential tenants.

Noune was the first person that I came across that treated it’s potential tenants like customers. Noune treated me with respect and care from the moment I made contact with her.

Natasha let our property on the day it was advertised for a price that really pleased us. She advised us on how to get the property ready and select tenants from the many who applied.

The rent came in on time, she conducted inspections and kept us informed. She helped us with all repair issues and went out of her way to find reliable and prompt tradesmen when we needed them. She thought of all the things we needed to know ahead of time.

Natasha is invariably cheerful and gets things done quickly. She is efficient and takes care of all the little but important details; returning calls and replying to emails promptly.

Dear Ali,

This morning I’ve been on radio 3MTR 1377 Property Show during which I was seeking advice over my unit’s current valuation.

I mentioned it was built around 1998 – 1999 and managed continuously through Peter Barnes Real Estate during which I’ve enjoyed a virtually continuous tenancy.

In fact I mentioned the agent’s name on numerous occasions such that I was asked if I was a “stooge” for your company!“
